Maybe Swordthain + Merry's Sword + Weapon Store, if he passes the test. Though I might just go with jdizzy's suggestion.

It works every time.
Don't put more than 2 possessions on unbound companions. That's a hard and fast rule I play by in movie format. Works everytime

There REAL *ahem* answer is to pack the companions that play possessions during Manuever (Eowyn, Daughter of Eomund; Theoden, King of the Golden Hall) and Gamling, Warrior of Rohan for Skirmish. I play these in Movie along with Gandalf's Wisdom -- fantastic! Grima is now useless. Also, I am surprised that nobody else mentioned this obvious (to me) Rohan solution and went more to cross-cultural ideas.
