This deck works reasonably well when I get my sites
Free Peoples (35)
Frodo, RA - Isildur's Bane
1x Legolas, Son of Thranduil
1x Arwen, Daughter of Elrond
1x Aragorn, King in Exile
1x Aragorn's Bow
1x Ranger's Sword
1x Flaming Brand
1x Armor
1x The Last Alliance of Elves and Men
3x Elven Bow
3x Elrond, Herald to Gil-Galad
2x Galadriel, Lady of the Golden Wood
3x Gondor Bowmen
2x The Splendor of Their Banners
1x Orophin, Lorien Bowman
1x Rumil, Elven Protector
3x Citadel of Minas Tirith
4x Hosts of the Last Alliance
1x The Saga of Elendil
1x The Tale of Gil-Galad
1x Gwemegil
1x Long Knives of Legolas
1x Bow of the Galadhrim

Shadow (35)
3x The Witch-King, Lord of Angmar
3x Ulaire Attea, Keeper of Dol Guldur
3x Ulaire Cantea, Lieutenant of Dol Guldur
2x Ulaire Enquea, Lieutenant of Morgul
3x Ulaire Lemenya, Lieutenant of Morgul
2x Ulaire Otsea, Lieutenant of Morgul
2x Ulaire Toldea, Messenger of Morgul
3x Black Breath
3x Blade Tip
2x Wreathed in Shadow
3x Nazgul Sword
2x Morgul Blade
1x The Pale-Blade
3x Morgul Gates

Sites
 The Prancing Pony
 Breeland Forest
 Ford of Bruinen
 Mithril Mine
 The Bridge of Khazad-dum
 Lothlorien Woods
 Silverlode Banks
 Anduin Banks
 Emyn Muil
Basically drop Aragorn, Elrond, and Galadriel ASAP.  Then get all the bows out and drop TSoTB on Legolas with a The Tale of Gil-Galad.  Exhaust him for an extra 3 archery and heal him back at the beginning of next turn using all the effects.  Also I can kill some minions using Aragorn's Bow and heal with the Citadel of Minas Tirith.  Arwen is there in case I get hit with my own site 3.  If I go second then the majority of the time I can get a large amount of archery on the guys shadow and thanks to HoTLA I get some shielding from those annoying archery wounds.  Then I also have Aragorn with armor in case I get hit with a Balrog.  As for the shadow its so simple.  Beat the living crap out of any companions in play as fast as you can.

I would try to make some space to add 3 aragorns and 1 Sam. Often you can face a green dragon inn start when people bid hogh, thus denying you an Aragorn pull. Dont make the deck bigger tho cause its already stretching for nazgul with 7 cards.
Also I would ditch Lemenya for Twilight Nelya.

I'd cut Otsea and Lemenya (and 1 Attea) for the full suit of Witch-Kings, 2 Stricken Dumb and 1 Tower Assassin (Filibert Bolger and Elrond are pains in the neck). Also, one more Pale Blade/Nazgul Sword. I'd cut a Morgul Blade for the full suit of Black Breath and Blade Tip, also. For a start. I'd also make your site 4 Eregion Hills, in order to trigger Nazguil Swords earlier. You could also cut 1 Cantea and the Morgul Gates (less nazgul to play anyway) for the full suit of twilight Nelya, since he's cheap and will play ut the same role as Morgul Gates would, which is allowing a nazgul to come down when twilight is an issue, or allowing two when it's slightly more abundant (also, Eregion Hills would trigger him, too).
