A funny kind of choke. Fellowship is about giving little to no pool and Durin can take on two if you have the right card. Shadow plays all the engines and hit them with trolls to slow them down.

I feel like Bane of the eight legs would be a better fit.

I never, ever played the Bane, I don't know, never saw the purpose. Maybe indeed a double move, but then again, late game, moving double isn't an option, since the amount of pool given is way to much.

Seems susceptible to early to middle game swarm. But I guess if you have Disquiet of our People in a pinch, you should be okay. I'd splash a companion or two in for later, unless you don't care, and then it's just Frodo and Durin for the lols. Cheesy

I would definitely use four disquiet of our people, for the reasons mentioned above.

I would play Smeagol or Lady Redeemed, just to have something to die early. That way nobody can whine about LR Cheesy

Actually, a toolkit Smeagol could be really fun, especially since you're running Baggins Heirloom. Smeagol, Always Helps + Don't Look At Them is amazing- you would have to run some threat removal though. Frodo, Hope of Free Peoples comes to mind- and Nine-Fingered Frodo and the Ring of Doom.
