hi,

(the Witch-King 2r85) If you win a skirmish can hurt twice a ring bearer, and if another letter makes the Witch-king is fierce I can come back to hurt the ring bearer?

I could help with a deck over there?
When playing each there? in place? or you can play anywhere?
Involved in skirmishes?
They have the whole community to add tokens?
They discard the move to the next site that puts your letter?

Example Elrond 3r13 is ally home 3 * elf

And one last question:

Frodo added to the total of the community when adding tokens?

pd. thanks for the responses, I feel my English ...

Yes, if the Witch-King is fierce and wins the fierce skirmish, then he can exert to wound the ring bearer again.

I think you're asking about allies next (those with home sites).  When you are at their home site, then they participate in archery fire and skirmishes like another companion.  You do not add to the twilight pool for allies when you move like you do with companions.

Yes, Frodo counts as part of the fellowship when you move.  If you have Frodo, Aragorn, and Sam, you will add 3 twilight tokens for companions when you move.
