I just wanted to verify that multiple fortifications can be stacked on an individual minion. I didn't see any threads about it, or even any mention of fortifications in the comprehensive rulebook 4.0 or the supplemental rulings.

Perfectly legal. The Fourth Level with Citadel of the Stars is an excellent example of this used by knights back in the days.
