Hi all.
I tell you my strategy.
4xBeasts of Burden(http://lotrtcgwiki.com/pages/LOTR15097.html)
4x other conditions

At the start phase of my shadow, I discard 4 condition to play 4 minion.
I can do it or I can not because it is the start phase of my shadow.

You can use all four at the start of your Shadow phase, but it doesn't happen simultaneously.

You use one Beasts of Burden, play a minion. Then as your next "at the start of..." action, you use the next Beasts of Burden. Rinse and repeat.

You can use each beast of burden once per turn, but you need to discard a condition for each one. It may be more effective to have 1-2 beasts of burdens in your deck and have enough conditions to get a cheap minion out every turn instead of waiting to unload all at once.
