So it's been a while (black rider was my last set played in a tournament setting) since I've played a format tournament. I understand open, different movie block cards (fellowship, ttt, rotk). However, I don't understand what the exclusions/rules are for: standard, expanded and war of the ring. As far as standard I mean what cards can you use since no rotation of sets occures anymore. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks-Jonathan
