If I were you, I would get a copy of Bold Men and Grim in there. Pull it out in the skirmish phase with Seasoned Leader when they sacrifice someone and you can pick off their strongest companion. I would also suggest 1-2 copies of arrow from the south. This can increase your exertion count a lot.
