Thanks, Carl333! Added Theoden! But
Eowyn, RW
doesn't combo with other cultures. She only adds
tokens.

Mortal Men
also ... and I think in general, cards that exert/wound minions prio skirmish (or in skirmish, for that matter) have good sinergy with rohan. Cards like
Shadowplay
,
Aragorn's Bow
,
Unheeded
,
Greenleaf
... stuff like that.

Good one, Pepi! Already edited main post.
You're right about exerting being a good Rohan sinergy, but I wanted to add juse those cards with direct connection, despite the deck strategy.

Lets see some decks that can take advantage of some of this!

I once saw a deck that focused around assigning the strongest minions to
Sam, Bearer of Great Need
, using the Rohan/Ring-bearer cards from Rise of Saruman, then flipping the skirmish to
Frodo, Frenzied Fighter
and cancel with
Hobbit Stealth
or
Hobbit Intuition
.

That cant be possible.
Hobbit Stealth
and
Hobbit Intuition
both only cancel skirmishes in fellowship block.
