Vault of Whispers x 4 Seat of the Synod x 4 River of Tears x 4 Watery Grave x 4 Darksteel Citadel x 3 Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth
Welding Jar x 4
Courier's Capsule x 4 Executioner's Capsule x 4
Etherium Sculptor x 4 Ornithopter x 4 Glaze Fiend x 4
Thoughtcast x 4 Frogmite x 4 Myr Enforcer x 4
Cranial Plating x 4
Sideboard:
Declaration of Naught x 4 Extirpate x 4 Cryptic Command x 3 Thoughtseize x 4
The deck only runs 20 lands, because you don't really need many lands in order for it to start slamming hard, namely, if you can hit 2, you're good, but with the card drawing of Thoughtcast, Courier's Capsule and Mishra's Bauble, you should be able to draw lands to hit regular drops pretty well.

I don't like affinity running non-artifact lands. Also, I'd probably lose Welding Jar in favor of Springleaf Drum, helps immensely. That huge black demon that costs 3 artifact sacrifices might be nice, as well.

Hm...well the problem I have with the deck is that guy that makes you pay 1 at upkeep for each artifact or sac. Hence the non-artifact lands.

Kataki? Well, Kataki is affinity's doom, and playing non-artifact lands won't do you much good. Most decks run him on the sideboard anyway, so you only have to worry psot-side. Also, not all decks run him. And then, this is why Affinity maindecks Shrapnel Blast AND some sideboard kataki hate.

I found Executioner's Capsule as a good card for taking him down. Any suggestions for sideboarding?

Added a Kataki counter for the sideboard, Declaration of Naught and an Extirpate in case it gets in play so I can KO it. Or, I could just Thoughtseize/Extirpate it, I love that combo.

I wouldn't play Capsules at all, at least not maindecked. The black Capsule might make for a nice sideboard against Kataki, but I'd rather have Shrapnel Blast main to get it over with quickly. And I'd stick with Artifact Lands (and #$&*@! with Kataki). You could/should also play Blinkmoth Nexus and MAYBE Mutavault, but definitely Nexus.
