So, this is a deck I made a few days ago, and soon I'm gonna buy the cards for it, that's why I post it here. So you can review it before I spend money on it.
Frodo, Reluctant Adventurer
The One Ring, Isildur's Bane
Free peoples (35):
Aragorn, Heir to the White City (starting)
Boromir, Defender of Minas Tirith x3 (maybe another one, I don't know)
Elrond, Herald to Gil-Galad x3
Galdor, Councilor from the West x2
Galadriel, Lady of Light x3
Orophin, Lórien Bowman
Rúmil, Elven Protector
Urúviel, Maid of Lórien
Celeborn, Lord of Lórien x2
Horn of Boromir x2
Ranger's Sword
Blade of Gondor
Sting
Flaming Brand x2
Swan-ship of the Galadhrim x2
One Whom Men Would Follow x2
Might of Númenor
Power According to His Stature x2
No stranger to the Shadows x2
Last Alliance of Elves and Men x2
Shadow (35):
Goblin Runner x4
The Witch-King, Lord of the Nazgul x3
Ulaire Nelya, Ringwraith in Twilight x3
Ulaire Enquea, Ringwraith in Twilight x3
Ulaire Toldea, Messenger of Morgul x2
Ulaire Otsea, Lieutenant of Morgul x3
Morgul Skulker x2
His Terrible Servants x2
Gates of the Dead City x3
Resistance Becomes Unbearable x4
Wraith-World x4
The Twilight World x2
Ok. It's a little scattered. The main problem is that it's too big. I know what I could take out from the Shadow, but I don't know what to take out from the FP. The strategy is pretty obvious. FP: choke and win skirmishes with Allies, and Shadow: corrupt and kill comps. Didn't want to post a full strategy review cause it's too obvious and I want to know how to make it better.
Any opinions? What to take out?

Need 4x Boromir. He's the only companion in your deck.
At 35 cards 4x Boromir is still no guarantee you will ever see him.

A deck like this shouldn't be too hard to get to 30-30 or 32-32.
Here is how I would run it. Explanation below:
Frodo, Reluctant Adventurer with The One Ring, Isildur's Bane
Aragorn, Heir to the White City
Free Peoples (31):
Boromir, Defender of Minas Tirith x4
Sam, Son of Hamfast x1
Elrond, Herald to Gil-Galad x3
Galadriel, Lady of Light x3
Celeborn, Lord of Lorien
Uruviel, Maid of Lorien
Rumil, Elven Protector
Orophin, Lorien Bowman
Horn of Boromir x3
Blade of Gondor x1
Ranger's Sword x1
Sting x1
The Last Alliance of Elves and Men x3
Swan-Ship of the Galadhrim x2
Might of Numenor x2
Power According To His Stature x2
Shadow (31):
Goblin Runner x4
The Witch-King, Lord of the Nazgul x2
Ulaire Nelya, Ringwraith in Twilight x3
Ulaire Enquea, Ringwraith in Twilight x3
Ulaire Otsea, Lieutenant of Morgul x3
Morgul Skulker x3
His Terrible Servants x2
Gates of the Dead City x3
Resistance Becomes Unbearable x2
It Wants to Be Found x4
Wraith World x2
Actually, too lazy for an explanation. But everything should be self-explanatory.

Thanks ket. But do you really want to take out flaming brand and nstts?
Also, RBU should totally be a 4 of IMO, even with the skulker.
Thanks anyways ;)

Resistance Becomes Unbearable is one of the best cards in Movie Block; however, it is nowhere near as strong in Fellowship Block. Focus on getting those one or two burdens to make Nelya meaner and then go the wounding route.
Wraith World can just be a surprise, not a focus of the deck.

Well, I'd actually love to run this on Movie Block, but both of the sides here are rather weak there. The thing is, even if I'm gonna use RBU just a couple of times, I still need to get it out early to set up the shadow, so I would still use at least 3 copies (maybe it's an OCD thing, but I can't concieve twilightguls with less that 4 RBU :)). Anyway, thanks!

You could also start with Boromir and a Hobbit, bid high and play Gorn with Prancing Pony. If you want to kill the hobbit, just put Pippin, HoSI. This would remove 2 cards from ket's version. Then you could add your 2x NSftS. You could also remove 1 LAoMaE to add 1 Flaming Brand and remove 1 Might of Numenor for 1 Secret Sentinels.

Ok, I liked ket's and c-work's idea. The only thing is that I don't wanna fully rely on the pony, that's why I post this new version:
Frodo, RA with Isildur's Bane
Pippin, HoSI*
Boromir, DoMT*
Aragorn, HttWC x3
Elrond, Herald to Gil-Galad x3
Galadriel, Lady of Light x3
Celeborn, Lord of Lorien
Uruviel, Maid of Lorien
Rumil, Elven Protector
Orophin, Lorien Bowman
Horn of Boromir x3
Blade of Gondor x1
Ranger's Sword x1
Sting x1
The Last Alliance of Elves and Men x2
No Stranger to the Shadows x2
Swan-Ship of the Galadhrim x2
Might of Numenor
Power According To His Stature x2
I decided to start Boromir with Pippin, so I assure I will use the Horn and the other cards that are relevant eith him. I'm thinking about cutting one Aragorn for another copy of Last Alliance, but then having two copies of Aragorn would make no sense at all. I don't wanna fully rely on the pony, so I don't really know what to do.
Help!!

I know Sam is a must in Fotr Block, but in a deck where I expect to choke and still be strong through Allies, the idea is kind of not need to use him at all (the idea is that them can´t actually PLAY the Balrog), and have the least number of comps possible. I would add him, if I had something to remove.
I think I can stick with the 1-copy-of-each-character version, though I fear a LOT not being able to start in the Prancing Pony and play Aragorn. I'd be toast.

You have no condition removals. I would play at least one Secret Sentinels if not 2.

So how do you guys think the Shadow side should be fixed?

I dunno... I'm not a Nazgul expert... but Gates to the Dead City could be removed (if you want to focus entirely on corruption) and some of the Goblin Runner as well.

Goblin runner is incredibly awesome here, adding twilight certainly helps me play expensive cards, plus, along with Morgul Skulker, you make a little swarm here. Agree with c-work, GotDC could be removed to slim down the deck. That's actually a very good idea.
