That Shadow is so evil. Except against anything Ring-bound, in which case its fairly pointless.
Strong Noble Leaders deck, variation would be to throw in Throne of Minas Tirith and the Reflections Narsil for BIG Elendil.

well with only 7 [Men] minions whispers in the Dark want do to much exerting :up:. My suggestion would be add more [Men] minions bro. Especially with such a larger deck might take forever to get a [Men] minion with only 7 in a huge 38/38 deck.

I have never had a problem pulling a [Men] man in this deck... against RB Hobbits it was pointless. [Gondor] cycles fast, playing whole hands every turn. Maybe I will pull out some of the Gollum stuff for somee Mumak Rider or cheap [Men] minions

Yeah...not Noble Leaders. Never been a fan of Noble Leaders. I'll look at the shadow though.
Whispers, IMO, is best run typical [Man] archery style. Drop a bunch of Whispers on Saruman and let him sit and blast your opponent to pieces with exertions per turn. As is, a NG/[Man] hybrid is somewhat...tricky. Whispers really isn't suited for a 3 culture deck, at all. Drop Pursuiing Horde and Led Astray, run more 1 each Countless Companies and Pavise for a evil combo with Mumak Commander, using the Mouth of course to nab 'em. I'd also cut Not This Time and simply run Captured By The Ring, Fat One Wants It and Threatening Guide as a threat engine. Don't run the wounding thing. Also, drop your redundant Gollums, just 4 Captured By The Ring is good. with the extra deckspace, you can now pack Archer of Harad, which rocks massively against the Ring of Rings, your number 1 problem with archery. I'd pack 1 Shelob, not 2, and just to cover bases.
That's all I can think of now. That should also help slim the deck down quite a bit.

Slimmed it down with more focus on archery. Mumak Commander + Pavise + Gothmog + 4 Whispers = DEATH
EDIT: I do run Anduin Banks aswell with this.

Cut one each of Countless Companies and Pavise. The only time they're useful is if you can nab 'em both with the Mouth anyways, so no reason to run multiple copies...okay, MAYBE 2 Pavise, but you really, REALLY need 4 Archer of Harad.
