Corsair Marauder (8R57)

does it renforce tokens eve if the FP have prevented the discard of the chosen possession? like using Scouring of the shire ?

No. Scouring of the Shire prevents the possession from being discarded. Since the cost of the Marauder's action is discarding a possession, the result cannot occur.

Same for Clever Hobbits 7U54 prevented frome Deceit 18R29 ?

Yes, each time Deceit "saves" a condition, it prevents that particular +3 bonus.

Yep. As long as you can pay the cost, you can take an action, even if the action has no effect.

No, when some action prevent the Marauder's discard, then he didn't discard the possession, not fulfilling the cost for the action of adding tokens in a [RAIDER] possession
