Title: Timing order for assignment?

Desert Sneak (7C135) and Southron Chieftain (7R163), does the FP player choose which minion is assigned first? What is the correct way to handle this, both on GEMP and on paper? Thanks

Yes, the free peoples player chooses who gets assigned, unless the shadow player has a card that changes it.  When assigned, you can chose which game text to activate first.  Then you can chose the next and so on. It is just like the ambush keyword.

I don't want to revive this dead thread, but this is incorrect. The assignment of minions is the only thing in this game that happens simultaneously in this game.
