Isildur, Bearer of Heirlooms
« on: July 19, 2017, 01:33:34 AM »
On his game text toward the end ... "While Isildur bears The One Ring or an artifact, each [Gondor] knight is strength +1." Now, we know there is only 1 ring however I usually play about 5 or 6 artifacts on him, does that in turn mean that each knight has an additional 5 or 6 strength, or is it just 1. I just wanted to be sure, I may have not been taking full advantage of this card if in fact it does mean the more artifacts played on him the more increase in strength the knights get?

And yes I am familiar with Narsil, Blade of the Faithful that gives Isildur himself strength + 1 for each artifact you play (limit 6)

It doesn't stack. It'd have to say: "Each [Gondor] knight is strength +1 for each artifact borne by Isildur" to stack. Compare Elite Rider with Third Marshal of Riddermark.

OK thank you. I guess it would have been nice if that was the case.
