@Hobbit_Lad: I'm curious, why not have your pipes trigger "at the start of the phase"? I know Decipher used this to limit things like Bow of Minas Tirith (I'm sure there are earlier examples, but I can't think of any atm). I thought limits were more for the amount of quantity gained from the effect rather than number of times used (like in Trust Me As you Once Did)?

We could do this, but for all the pipes that have fellowship phase actions, you would have to trigger a ton of actions at the beginning of the phase, not to mention Merry, if you're using him to fetch pipeweed.

Orc Marksman should be unique but isn't.

When you play Grace of the Valar on Gandalf, Wisest of the Istari you cannot draw a card.

The following will be fixed (after restart):
"Grace of the Valar" is now a Spell
Any actions that have a limit, will now (again) correctly apply the limit

I could not find any problem with "Orc Marksman", could you provide a game replay link, where two were in play at the same time?

"Avoid Being Seen" is incorrectly named "Aboid being Seen" on Gemp.

Elrond also does not give an option to leave a shadow card on top of deck. Forces you to discard it and a shadow condition

Fixed (after next restart):
- "Elrond, Peredhil" now only allows to heal if an ELVEN card is revealed (not just FP card), and the discard of a shadow card is optional
- cards that prevent removal of burdens (ie. "Black Breath") now correctly prevent that effect

Bound to This Fate doesn't work if the losing character is removed from the skirmish (killed). Site 2 here: http://www.gempukku.com/gemp-lotr/game.html?replayId=Phallen$g42hsgq99gimm4ae

Does work at site 3, where the skirmish ended in an overwhelm.

After next restart:
"Bound to This Fate" effectively works now as if it had text "...wins a skirmish involving a companion..."

The problem is, that if a side is removed from skirmish (ie. death), even though the other side won a skirmish, there is no losing characters. This text change should fix the problem.

So now I'm a bit confused. The Current Ruling Documents says:
Quote from: Current Rulings Document 4.0
skirmish phase

A losing character is any character on the losing side when a skirmish revolves. If a character is removed from his or her skirmish and there are still one or more characters on each side of that skirmish, the removed character is neither a losing nor a winning character.

... but the Comprehensive Rules contradict this:
Quote from: Comprehensive Rules
skirmish phase(S)

...

A losing character is any character on the losing side in a skirmish when it resolves. Also, any character removed during his or her skirmish is a losing character, even if that character's side eventually wins.

Since there's not more than one companion skirmishing I don't think the CRD ruling applies here, but I'm still not totally sure of the way to reconcile these two. Am I missing some context? Is the CRD for before that skirmish begins, but the Comprehensive Rules when the characters are skirmishing?

I'd have like 10 different difficult questions for someone who designed the rules, but we don't have anyone like that.

Currently the way it works on Gempukku is - if a character is removed from skirmish, the winner did win, but NOT win against that removed character, but the removed character DOES count as losing the skirmish. Whom a character won/lost skirmish against (involving) only looks at the characters present when the skirmish is being resolved.

This is all contained in the following class:

I played Mysterious Wizard without spoting Gandalf and game crashed. Also Barad-Dur Captain and It will destroy them all game text ware changed, but printed text on card is still the old one.
