Fairly normal Cirdan The Shipwright deck except I much prefer Frodo Protected by Many as muster is essential vs shadows that choose not to play minions like corsairs. 

The joy of the deck is Whisper in the Dark and The Mouth of Sauron Messenger of Mordor to set it up early.  Whistling Death is to help take care of Pallando Far-travelling One.  I'm not usually a fan of MoS as he makes the end of my deck mostly freeps cards, but in this case it is worth it, and it helps the Elves run if they want to.
 
Bid 0 go first, start Mt Doom to annoy any site manip decks.

Maybe Nelya to max out the pain with Isengard Ruined? I mean, it would be a max of 6 exertions at the start of the maneuver....that is even sicker than your deck is at this moment...

I've been trying to make a shadow like this work, but it didn't have the same oomph post Frenzy. This deck looks mean.
