Don't you want the Free Peoples to have less cards in hand for initiative?

Read the card. To have initiative the opponent needs to have more cards in their hand. So for example, normally you need 4 cards to have initiative, so with 3 orcs, he needs to have 7 cards in hand for initiative. Thus easier to achieve for you ;)

I agree with Gil, you definitely need SttF.  Probably at least 2 if not 3 copies.

My first thought on reading the decklist was, "so how are you going to get initiative exactly..?" SttF does exactly that. 3 copies I'd say, because they are possibly going to be discarded by the Freeps.

I'd suggest dropping Nelya and Nertea and adding another Enquea and Attea. What would you do with Nelya's extra skirmish twilight? If you have a wounded Nazgul, much better to add burdens than twilight IMO. Also, you might consider that you have 6 cards that rely on using or spotting a Nazgul and only 4 Nazgul minions. This will lead to clog or ineffectiveness.

This is just my opinion, but where is Swarming like Beetles and Morgul Destroyer?

throw in 2 Morgul Whelp instead of Feel His Blade... you're supposed to have initiative before skirmish.
Those whelps are effective, and are for free with Black Marshall.
My opinions may have changed, but not the fact that i'm right...

Anything really... You can play a 32 or 33 cards Morc deck so it doesn't need that much cycling.
