Interesting idea, using Aegnor seems pretty cool.
But I am missing some cards in these decks, thus, I am playing Elves too.
Where is Back to the Light?
In a Standard Deck using Arwen, this card is just amazing in Elven Telepathy.
Drop Orophin and add Cirdan, TS which is a really powerful card, while you don't play Site Exchanging Nelya, which I really recommend to you. Reckless we Rode is also not so important  in this Deck, add Mighty Shot instead which is amazing against  [Orc] and [Uruk] Swarm.
1 Token-adding card is not enough to play Gil-Galad, HKotN, so drop him too and maybe also Rumil who is not such a good card at all. Some Elven Markmanship would do a good job too.
For Shadow, make sure to have 4 Dark Approach and play Ulaire Cantea, FTW instead of Duplicitous Assassin for some threat adding and also Enduring Enquea and Enduring Toldea and btw, BNaP which is pretty cool with Enduring Nazgul. Also think of playing Keening Wail, which is essential in Standard Nazgul. Just to give you some ideas, cus' your choice f the Nine riders isn't so good..

either drop HkotN or change to Elven High King, long knives of legolas are worthless in standard, add final shot for more strength or many miles for wounds

Thanks for the comments.

Some responds necessary of course...Back to the Light is in my opinion not that necessary. I only need the top card to be an Elven card and there are already many ways i can do that, that's also where Rúmil comes in. He gives me a free look at the top card of my deck in the maneuver. If its not an Elven card, I can still use Nenya or Uncertain Future to change that (or later Still Needed if I move in the regroup phase). Its not really about more telepathy than that.

I doubted between Orophin and Cirdan when I made the deck. I was probably too fixed on getting archers for Aegnor, but Curdan is probably indeed more useful than Orophin.

Reckless We Rode is a good help for my deck. It's mostly to kill nasty anti-6 companion minions like Cantea, or to kill Sauron or whoever. It was suggested before to use Take Up the Bow instead of Reckless We Rode then, but then the companions would lose archer and that wouldn't help Aegnor, Spied From Afar and Point Blank Range. For Mighty Shot, I think my deck is already pretty good against swarms. Possibly 9 companions, enough power ups I can use on Galadriel and the Great Ring, in case she gets some minions against her. I changed Gil-Galad last minute to HkotN, but EHK is probably a better choice.

As far as the Shadow, I changed Cantea, Enquea and I added Dark Approach instead of 1 Enquea and The WItch-King's Beast, but Im not sure if I should take those out. Also thinking about changing the Witch-King, but not sure which one would be best.

And I changed Isenwash into Fagorn Glade on the sites.

The effects of Take Up the Bow would only last until the end of the archery phase so its still viable, and way better than Reckless We Rode.

Captain of the Nine Riders or Morgul King are IMO the best Witch-king's. I also think you should drop Black Enemy for Eternally Threatening.

Ah, I didn't know that. Then it's a better choice indeed. I changed that, and changed the Witch-King to CotNR.

Didn't someone once write a strategy article about Aegnor once? Way back in CC?
