Fellowship Strategy
This is a deck focused on using the card Help in Doubt and Need. Bid 1, if you win the bid, start first and play Aragorn from your draw deck. Biding more than 1 could be dangerous against Easterlings. I like Hama vs Mumak and War Club. We Left None Alive is there in case you play vs Dunland. An Honorable Charge is a nice pump for Gondor as well. Hard Choice can heal Eowyn after she used HIDAN. The rest is just possessions. If you face archery, grab the Rohirrim Shield ASAP.

Shadow Strategy
Your objective is to swarm your opponent and the best place to do so is at Cavern Entrance. So if you think that you have a chance to do it at site 7, don't move to fast with your FP and let your opponent go ahead. There are a few fun tricks in this deck. [Sauron] Orcs are good to draw cards but they do not add enough twilight tokens.

The idea I had was to use Easterling Skirmisher. Of course you want to play 2 of these at the same time while attempting a swarm. Now, adding burdens is easier than what you think. Facing Grishnakh, most player will choose to add the burdens (unless they read this thread) because we know that in TT Block, burdens are not an issue unless you play vs Easterlings. Also, I chose to add the unused Wisp of Pale Sheen which is nice with Peril. Peril can also be used to help you stack minions on Teeth of Mordor but don't consider that as a priority because it is a hard thing to do and your condition could be discarded anyway.

I believe that it is possible to make your opponent have 4 burdens at site 7. It means that playing 2 Easterling Skirmisher will add [2] which is nice for a swarm.

Orc Insurgent is also nice to add twilight tokens and draw cards. You'll be able to spot more than 2 FP cultures most of the time. Gate Sentry removes Cliff of Emyn Mull. Gate Trooper is a cheap [1] minion that can be useful if I can get to 5 burdens. Gate Veteran is my only protection vs large fellowships. Orc Runner is nice, and better than Orc Pursuer.

I first made a deck like that with Orc Fighter, Orc Infantry and Orc Captain and I've swarmed two persons out of two. However, I was lucky that they didn't run a 8 or 9 companion fellowship at site 7 or I would probably have been screwed. The only utility of this combo was to draw cards with Orc Captain and most of the time, I was drawing them before site 7 which isn't very useful. I chose to change the minions I used, I don't know what results I'll get.

Run the common faramir from RotK, the one with the Knight picture that looks like the picture should be switched with defender of osgiliath...

Faramir, Stout Captain

The only Aragorn that has the Aragorn Signet in TT Block is Wingfoot which is useless in this deck.

This deck would be much more attractive in Towers Standard.

Indeed. But it's still fun to play in Tower Block.
