What was the ruling on the Saruman follower?

Say Andy, Brad and me are playing.  It's Andy's turn and I have Saruman in my SA.

Can I "aid" Saruman and transfer him onto Brad's minion?  When minions discard from the table at the end of the turn, does my follower go to or does it bounce back to the SA?  Is that the only time the follower would save itself and any other time it would die with the minion?

Followers always return to your support area, unless the minion they are on gets killed.

Ok, and can you throw followers onto other players' minions or only your own?

Yes, any shadow cards you own can also benifit any other player's minions, provided it isnt during your turn.  During your turn your shadow cards are inactive.
"Do you ever wonder why we are here?  Maybe you're here because it is the only place you fit in.  Maybe you're here because you have nowhere else to go.  Maybe you're here because deep down, you want to be here.  It doesn't matter why you're here.  All that matters is that you are here!"
