Im sure this has been answered before, but can Grimbold’s ability be used with post-Shadows sites?

I dont think so, but would like a confirmation.

The sites do not have site numbers so you cannot replace one of an equivalent number. They have shadow site costs but not location numbers like 1-9 that Grimbold needs to work.

But wouldn’t it be OK for us to disregard that rule? I think it’s kind of weird that D would make a ruling like that.

Grimbold doesn’t have that "King block" identifier in his text, anyway.

Heck, if your player group lets you, you could run a deck made up entirely of DCs.

Actually, I’ve been planning on trying something like that someday, with an entire tournament running DC decks.

I actually made a DC thread about DC decks, where you could use 1 DC per deck.

I made a broken combo outta one of Dain’s cards.

Someone made a Solo Bombadil deck out of a Bombadil RB.
