I was wondering what a good Balance of these to have is

Companions 1-9?
Possessions and artifacts?
Events (Free Peoples)

Minions?
Possesions and artifacts?
Events (Shadow)?

Hope to here from someone soon,

It's pretty impossible to give straight answers to your questions without knowing what kind of FP or shadow side you're planning on building. It will all depend on your strategy, your capability to recurse minions and a lot of other factors. You need to be a bit more specific if you want any good advise.

For me, 5 Companions is all I ever need.
Usually only two weapons and maybe one possession for each companion, depending what freeps I am playing. (Dwarves=alot, Elves=less)
I use several events and then some conditions for support.
My decks are small.

With shadow minions, I run around 17-19 minions who all work off each other.
I look for weapons that work off my minions. They are usually some swords, spears, or mounts (Nazgul). I will have about five or six of these.
My events and conditions all work with one idea and they finsh out the shadow side.
Again this is small.
And I always play test and make balance changes.

Hope this helps. Cool

Are you playing a lot of expanded format? Smile

In my expanded decks I rarely have more than 5 companions in play at any one time, but I still like to pack a couple of extras in case of untimely deaths. I only use 1 copy of each of those extras though.

Good idea Smile

There are so many variations of the Elf/Nazgul theme you can use, so you really need to settle for 1 strategy, and then we can help you from there.

Have a look in the deck bible thread, and I'm sure you'll get a few pointers there.

Telepathy is by far the best elven deck(especially with nazguls)

Just play gala glorf 2twi elf elrond cirdan and gandalf MoW.

and about 20 events, nenya, hadafang shadow between and the normal elven stuff Razz
If you lose well at least know why.

I agree. Telepathy rocks. Allthough my build is quite different from your Cirdan centered build Smile
