For all those die-hard mario fans out there, you don’t have to sit down and play it on a gamesystem anymore! Ex.=

Mushroom Kingdom

Legendary Land
Tap: put two mushrooms tokens into play.

Blue, Tap, sacrifice a mushroom: Draw a card.
Green, Tap, sacrifice a mushroom: Ceatures you control gain trample until end of turn.
Red, Tap, sacrifice a mushroom: Deal two damage to target creature or player.
White, Tap, sacrifice a mushroom: You gain two life.
Black, Tap, sacrifice a mushroom: Destroy target creature.

They who come in, come out (a mushroom).

I’m ABSURDLY late, but I just liked this idea so much, I HAD to add my contribution:

Koopa Troopa 1Green
Creature - Turtle
As long as Bowser, Bane of Mushrooms is in play, Koopa Troopa is +1/+1.
As long as you control Bowser, Bane of Mushrooms, Koopa Troopa is +1/+1 and gains trample.
If Koopa Troopa is destroyed in combat by a Mario or Luigi and doesn’t destroy them, their controller may destroy another target Koopa Troopa.

Creature - Turtle
Red: Koopa Troopa gets +1/0 until the end of the turn.
As long as Bowser, Bane of Mushrooms is in play, Koopa Troopa is +1/+1.
As long as you control Bowser, Bane of Mushrooms, Koopa Troopa is +1/+1 and gains first strike.
If Koopa Troopa is destroyed in combat by a Mario or Luigi and doesn’t destroy them, their controller may destroy another target Koopa Troopa.

When Bowser comes to play, remove X counters from Mario and/or Luigi, where X is twice the number of Koopa Troopas you control.
Trample
Black/Red: Destroy target Mushroom.
2Red, Tap, sacrifice a land: Destroy target nonbasic land.
Each Koopa Troopa you control has: 2: Regenerate Koopa Troopa.
Whenever Bowser deals combat damage to a player, you may put target Koopa Troopa from your graveyard in play.

Oh, and the text of the red ability of Mushroom Kingdom should be:
Red, Tap, sacrifice a Mushroom: Mushroom Kingdom deals 2 damage to target creature or player, since the damage must have a source... But I found it NEAT, though! There should also be sacrificial lands (or shocklands, or lands with a mana-and-tap ability) which puts Mushroom tokens into play that are not legendary!
Oh, and I suggest adding this, about the Mushroom Tokens: treat these tokens as 0/1 colorless creatures.

Some other ones (man, even being almost one year late, I loved this area!!!):

Fireflower 2Red
Enchantment - Aura
When played on Mario or Luigi, Fireflower costs 2 less to play.
Red: Enchanted creature gets +1/0
If attached to Mario or Luigi, you may sacrifice Fireflower. If you do, Fireflower deals 2 damage to each creature without flying and each player.

Feather 2Blue
Enchantment - Aura
When played on Mario or Luigi, Feather costs 2 less to play.
Enchanted creature has flying.
If attached to Mario or Luigi, you may sacrifice Feather. If you do, destroy target creature without flying or target Koopa Troopa and it can’t be regenerated.

Hammer Brothers 3
Artifact
Hammer Brothers costs 2 less to equip on Mario or Luigi.
Enchanted creature deals double combat damage (this doesn’t mean creature has doublestrike).
Equip 2
If you control Mario and Luigi, and they both have Hammer Brothers attached, they both have: Tap, tap Mario or Luigi: Destroy target creature and each other creature that shares a color with it. They can’t be regenerated.
