Not as much as wanting but they need to make a Rohan Ring-Bearer to be fair to that culture. So proballly one called
.Eomer
High King of Rohan( as you can see this is after Theoden dies)

Str 7
Vit 3
Resistance 4

Eomer is resistance + 1 for each mounted man you can spot.
Each time Eomer is assined to a skirmigh exert a Rohan Copanion or Discard 3 cards from hand.

What do you think?

I like it we had a dscussion on that a few weeks ago
Also i think on the card it should say cant be in play when theoden is out but ya i would like to see something like that though

There should be a Faramir ring-bearer, since he is actually one of the characters in the books being closest to getting the ring.

i like the idea of a rohan ringbearer but i dont want it to be eomer
eomer is one of the main fighters and i would rather use frodo then give up my fighting eomer
the righbearer should be some random guy on a horse Laughing

A Rohan RB would be great. There are so many good cards saying "..for each Rohan Man you spot..." etc. Too bad it most certainly would be Theoden or Eomer.

yea and in that case i would rather it be theoden
think theoden with sawtc and all the stuff you can put on him
lets see herugrim, snowmane, harken to me, bow, flaming brand if your in open, thats 16 striength
he would have to have a big drawback!!!

Well, Boromir, Isildur and Smeagol are dead too, but can still be Ring-bearers.
