Basic strategy: Start stables, exert to get Brego out and transfer to Aragorn.. Aragorn makes double and triple moves easy with his wound twice in regroup ability and then Eowyn gives him two tokens back. Put Coif and Herugrim on Theoden and use him to pump Ride with Me. Arwen is there for condition removal. Typical support cards for Frodo. Double and triple as much as possible.

Ideal first setup: Exert theoden to get brego on him. Heal. Play Border Patrol. Play aragorn, transfer brego to aragorn.

Theodred is not playable if you bid a least one!

In my meta, I can usually bid 0 and still have a 50/50 chance of starting. Good point, though.. Hmmm..

this aragorn is excellent in your deck, I was force to find something wrong in this deck, but this isn't your problem! Theodred is not that usefull no?

This is a nice idea Smile

Since you already have Arwen in there, maybe include an Uncertain Future to get some Elf tokens to pump Aragorn as well?

start Eowyn+Arwen (women power) and play some cards like this
-9 str to a minion that skirmish aragorn is that good, prevent some wound=more regroup exertion! Cool
Rohan/elves is good with archery but you can just make your gorn the best one!
what kind of shadow do you play with this deck?
some non-forest culture ?

Sure he is. Move limit +1.

I used to have a version of this that tried to do both elven tokens AND rohan tokens, but it wasn't reliable enough. Focusing on one helped a lot.

To answer the other question, I usually pair this with Cycle/Shapes Naz.

3 x Moving this Way
4 x Shapes Slowly Advancing
Rest 4 cost Naz with exception of Nenya (sites), Black Rider, or Toil Naz (Enquea & WK).
The idea is to get as many Naz out, cycle your hand if you think they'll stay (with Moving this Way) and pile tokens on Shapes or force them to clog their hand with companions.. Either way, it usually sets up the freeps well, and with move limit +1, you can usually outrun them if the Naz don't stop them.

Not a bad idea. I'll work on a new concept with that..

are the border patrols there for the tokens only??

i would assume that since u cant control the path since u go first

yes, the border patrol is there for tokens only. It's the easiest condition to get 3 tokens on. Eowyn is there to reinforce the tokens on regroup moves..
