Spammers really are amazing creatures. You can learn all there is to know about their ways in a month. And yet, after a hundred years, they can still surprise you. Razz

it was well written, looks like solid decks, and i enjoyed it. it was also helpful for me to get more aquainted with the Shire culture. 5 from me.

Another amazing article from AC. Always fun to read and well written. A solid 5.

Good ol’ Frodo. I ran a Solo Frodo years ago, and then traded for Solo Gimli when Reflections was released, but you’ve inspired me to rebuild my Solo Frodo deck.

I love this idea of soloing Frodo. Who would have ever thought that would work??? I am going to try this strategy out for sure. Homage

I do think a Bounder would be a very good addition - maybe use him with Frodo, Old Bilbo’s Heir (although you won’t get the discounts provided by Frodo, Reluctant Adventurer). But, you could always heal your Bounder.

Nice article!

I also agree that either reluctant, or heir would be equally good. if you could get a bounder site 1.

I just don’t like relying on allies in Expanded format, with so much ally hate floating around. I prefer No Worse for Wear, especially since the opponent won’t see it coming.

It’s certainly a decent idea though, and if you make your own version of Solo Frodo you can try it out. Reluctant Adventurer just does a much better job of managing the twilight pool, which is why I use him.

you could use it as another decklist though.
