A friend of mine had an Arcbound Slith in his deck... so I looked into the Arcbound magic cards and have decided to buy some and make a deck... someday that is.
Here’s what I came up with.
Arcbound Fun [55]:
Creatures [25]:
x1 Arcbound Overseer
x1 Arcbound Lancer
x1 Arcbound Fiend
x2 Arcbound Bruiser
x2 Arcbound Crusher
x2 Arcbound Reclaimer
x4 Arcbound Slith
x4 Arcbound Stinger
x4 Arcbound Worker
x4 Coretapper
Artifacts :
x4 Aether Vial (when in stock)
x2 Soul Foundry
Sorcery :
x3 Kodama’s Reach
x2 Joyous Respite
Instant[2]"
x2 Wear Away
Lands[17]:
x17 Forests
Arcbound Creatures - play as many as possible, let them die... and move there tokens to fliers/stronger creatures. Soul foundry lets me make more of one kind of a minion.
Kodama’s is for excellerated mana generation, and joyous respite is for some healing. Wear away is for artifact/enchant protection.
Aether Veil is for playing creatures for free. |

Seventeen lands, fifteen of which are forests, so what are the other two?
Looks like fun casual, but don't leave things out! |

Looks like fun casual, but don't leave things out! Sorry, 17 lands.
I'd like to know how you would make it better. (I seriously have minimal knowledge of the newer sets.) |

Seems like this deck would be perfect for the Urza's Tower / Mine / Power Plant combo -- maybe 4 of each and just 5 Forests.
Obviously that makes the Green splash less reliable, but you could easily ditch the Kodama's Reach (already have mana acceleration) and maybe the Joyous Respite, and if you play Naturalize instead of Wear Away you won't need the double Green. |

Yup, reprinted in both 8th and 9th Editions. |

in general, life gain is bad, therefore there is no life gain card you should fit into this deck |
