I would make the first skirmish ability only add 1. I would also drop fierce, damage +1, and "gain" from the second skirmish ability. Thumbs Up

Kinda frenzy of arrows card but not as OP
2 Storm of Arrows Uruk-hai
Event • Archery
When you play this event exert X Uruk-hai archers.
Make the minion archer total +2 for each minion exerted this way.
Their arrows and bolts filled the air

and of course we need some archers

3 Uruk-hai Crossbow Bearer Uruk-hai
Minion • Uruk-hai
Strength 7
Vitality 3
Site number 5
Archer. Damage +1
Achery Discard this minion to wound two unbound companions.

5 Isengar Archer Uruk-hai
Minion • Uruk-hai
Strength 9
Vitality 3
Site number 5
Archer. Hunter 2.
Achery While this minion is not exhausted add 2 to the minion archery total.
They fired with a precision unheard of

9 Isengard Archer Group, Powerful Force Uruk-hai

Drop the "When you play this event" part. I’d make it "Make the minion archery total +1 for...", and put a limit on it. (Limit +2 should be sufficient)

Drop the Damage +1. I’d make his archery special ability include a spotting requirement such as: "Spot another Uruk-hai minion and discard this minion to wound two unbound companions." Otherwise he’s easily splashed. Sick

Cool! Drop the Archery special ability bolded bit and make it gametext (Also have it spot an Uruk-hai minion for his gametext to kick in). Make him unique.

Wow! This card will kick your tail if you’re not careful! I’d drop the fierce bit, maybe have the minion gain fierce if you can spot an Uruk-hai wizard. Neat cards!

Way too good. This would destroy a Three Hunters deck. Make it discard this possession to discard a possession borne by an unbound companion, and drop the cost to 2. Plus, what is an Uruk-hai? A minion? A card? Eh?

Yeah, you need to specify what type of Uruk-hai card you’re discarding (or at least say "Uruk-hai card").

I think this would work if it discarded those companions instead, or killed just one of them. Maybe. That’s a delicate balance, and I’m not sure if the cost would match the effect or not. But it’s DEFINATELY overpowered as-is.
