Yes, it is a modified "Snake’s Path" deck (which I like a lot).

Comments are welcomed.

Phazanzars Snake Legion[66]:

Creatures[17]:
General[13]:

3 Kashi-Tribe Elite
3 Matsu-Tribe Decoy
3 Kashi-Tribe Reaver
4 Sakura-Tribe Elder
Legendary[3]:
1 Sachi, Daughter of Seshiro
1 Sosuke, Son of Seshiro
1 Seshiro the Annointed
Flippers[1]:
1 Orochi Eggwatcher/Shidako, Broodmistress

Enchantments[2]:
General[2]:

2 Seed the Land

Instants[2]:
Arcane[2]:

2 Wear Away

Sorceries[12]:
General[6]:

3 Time of Need
3 Sosuke’s Summons
Epic[1]:
1 Endless Swarm
Arcane[5]:
2 Joyous Respite
3 Kodama’s Reach

Artifacts[10]:
General[6]:
2 Sensei’s Divining Top
4 Orochi Hatchery
Equipment[2]:
2 Hankyu
Legendary Equipment[2]:
2 Tatsumasa, the Dragon’s Fang

Lands[23]:
General[22]:

22 Forest
Legendary[1]:
1 Okina, Temple to the Grandfathers

Strategy:
Use Time of Need to play your legendary creatures from your deck, and then use the Kashi-Tribe Elite’s to protect them from enemy spells. Sachi, Sosuke, and Seshiro give strength bonuses to your snakes, as well as giving them extra abilities.

Use Elder’s, and Kodama’s Reach for excellerated land generation.

Cards like Seed the Land, Orochi Hatchery, Sosuke’s Reach, Orochi Eggwatcher, and endless swarm produce the vast armies of token snakes you want. These cards are the key to the deck.

Joyous Respite is thrown in for health, and The Dragon Fang and Hankyu are to be used as protection from creatures with flying.

If everything goes well, you should stay at full health, and have protection from flying creatures, all the while producing a vast army of 4/4 token creatures which you can use to destroy your enemy.

UPDATE: Shaved it down to 60 cards. For one, the big sword was a big money taker. And smaller is better. Hankyu should be sufficent flying protection. Hopefully.
