I’ll have to look at that one, since I’ve got a hybrid knight-ranger deck. That way, my Aragorn actually counts toward the magic 3-knight total for fortifications.
Aragorn, Heir of Elendil works very well with Heavy Chain or Coat of Mail, since he can absorb wounds for other companions and not get overwhelmed. Include Eowyn, Lady of Rohan, and you’ve got the ability to save Aragorn to fight another day. |

| Well, I would have to say that Aragorn, Heir of Elendil is one of the worst Aragorns, because he isn’t a ranger which really takes out alot of cards that could be used on him. But he is one of the only Defender +1 Companions. |

ok, i am changing my idea. i looked at some more aragorns.
guide and protector, and captain of gondor.
followed by the others. 
i like strider, but don’t lilke his draw back of adding twilight. |
