Which LOTR TCG tournament format is the best?

I got sick of uploading that document every time I wanted to see the Current Restrictions (wasn’t smart enough to use the printer the first time), because I have dial up. Here it is for anybody who doesn’t know how to find it or has poky dial up...

*Edit* Updated with 8/13 X- and R- List additions (Strange-Looking Men and Orkish Smith).


Formats:
    Standard -Heavy Restrictions/Sets 1-6 are not allowed
    Expanded -Moderate Restrictions/Any Sets
    Open -Few Restrictions/Any Sets
    Block -Few Restrictions/Only cards of selected set are allowed

X-List -Copies of these cards are not allowed
R-List -Only one copy of the card is allowed

    Cobra All cards from sets 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6
    Cobra All promotional cards 0P1 - 0P22 and 0P30 - 0P47

I voted Expanded for the poll, because I think it’s fairly balanced and is fun for people who don’t have lots of money.

There’s one combo I’m really surprised hasn’t gotten a couple of Uruk cards X-listed.
