There are a coupel of corsair decks in the deck archive thread you can look at.
Anyhow, you'll need 4 of each of Castamir, Black Numenorean, Corsair Marauder, Raider Halberd and Black Sails of Umbar to make it really good. Then sprinkle in extra pirates depending on taste and meta.
Finally you need a touch of Red Wrath or Whirling Strike, and some condition removal. |

That's a good start 
But keep in mind that all the mentioned cards still have pretty high trade value, so you will probably have to offer quite a bit fr them.
The tengwar version of Castamir can mostly be had for cheap though... |

i got some of the cards that i need and built a deck (its prolly not that good but it all i got)
39 cards
Minions 23
Castamir x2
Maurauder x2
Black numenorian
Freebooter x4
Boatswain x4
plunderer x4
Buccaneer x3
Ruffian x3
Posessions/conditions
under foot x3
ships of great draught
corsair war galley
black sails x4
strat
first boatswain pulls of the war galleythen stack on it
the freebooters pull tokens off of other peeps conditions or off of my war galley (if need be)
th plunderers discard the elven events i have in hand (i play elvent with this)
(this makes cirdan stronger) then i discard underfoot replenish my hand and stack tokens on the ships
use the black sails the put them on my deck with the draughty ships
it works ok but i think it needs somthin more

First of all, I think there's too many cards here. Even with a fast cycling FP side as Dwarves, I would still cut it down to at least 36.
You should really try to get 2 more Castamir's, and include 4 Raider Halberds and a couple of Red Wraths.
You could definately tak out all the Buccaneers. As far as I can see you have no way of adding the threats you need for this minion to be effective.
I would also take out the Under Foots to make room for the cards mentioned above. |
