This is a format I came up with and haven't tested because I don't own sets 11-19. The goal is to allow as many cards as possible without having to ban certain cards from 11-19. With only banning two (you could say 4 since playing the trolls would be impossible) cards, this is a great way to do that. The same idea could also be applied to movie block, but I would advise allowing the Weta Collection and using the Pre-Shadows X-list.
Allowed Sets: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 16, 19
Also valid: The Weta Collection from set 0.
X-listed: All cards from the Pre-Shadows Multipath X-list, Still Twitching, and The Great Ring.
Sites from block: Pre-Shadows Multipath (Pick Fellowship, Towers, or King sites)
