Title: Rider's Bow
Post by: Larry5000 on July 14, 2017, 08:24:21 PM
On this Rohan Rider's Bow what is up with the fact that it just says Possession Ranged and that is it and not Possession: Ranged Weapon Also it seems non-unique Never seen a card listed that way somewhere in the middle. We know that things classified as just Possession only and being non-unique like Kingsfoil one person can have all 4 copies.

I suppose with this still having the word Ranged after Possession it will count as one only per free people companion? If anybody knows for sure please let me know, thank you.

There are 2 ways I see:
First: No-one has seen that the word "weapon" is simply missing and it is a Mistake made by Decipher or
Second: It is a different Class of Possession. In this Case a Companion is allowed to wear 1 Ranged Possession and another Ranged weapon Possession.

It is a Card from the Set 13 and the Erratas on the Comprehensive Rules Sheet goes until Set 10...

Interesting So I guess in my case with the 2 other guys I play with, it would all be in how I/they would want to interpret it?

Ranged Weapon.

Postscript: @Enraban: This CRD (http://lotrtcgwiki.com/rules/crd.pdf) has individual card rulings through set 18, though it makes no mention of the Rider's Bow error.
