Title: Reflections Booster

So I was just wondering what exactly is in a reflections booster. I know that there are 18 cards and (I think) 2 of those are from the 9th set, but what are the other cards? I know that they are from past sets but are they fixed? meaning that you get like 2 cards from each set? Also, what sets are included? Does it go up to 8? Finally, what is the likelihood of pulling a r+? 1/3? ???
