I've been wanting to make a deck that effectively uses Isengard's 3 Deceived cards from Bloodlines. So here is my deck. Hope you enjoy and would love to have any helpful feedback. First time posting a deck.

I would try and tone it down. Only 9 wizards in 90 cards is too little,especially as I see little cycling in it.

Hi Linksys, welcome to TLHH :) I agree with Ringbearer that the deck could maybe be a bit smaller, depending on cycling. Here are some other ideas:
Shadow:
I'd recommend 3x Throne of Isengard, despite its uniqueness, as I find it imperative for Deceived Wizard decks. I also find Ugluk to be the best [uruk] hunter, so perhaps some more copies of him. Although A Shadow Rises fits in thematically with Deceived Wizards, I don't find it to be nearly as useful personally.
Fellowship:
Who is in the starting Fellowship by the way? If it's not Theoden, I'd recommend a stronger version (From ROTK onwards).
Throne of the Golden Hall and Leowyn are both solid choices for Rohan decks.
Also, Redhorn Pass can provide Deceived Wizards with a (somewhat weak) layer of protection against Namarie and Gladden Homestead.
