Title: Quick As May Be

Is this Dwarf Card just a one Minion shot per card? I suspect it is, but I assume if you have more then one copy in your hand during the Maneuver phase you could play it again to wound a second minion or even the same minion twice?

You've got it right. One card, one minion. Sort of like an aimed Double Shot, but being able to place wounds before the archery phase has some benefits.

Quick As May Be can also be combined with Baruk Khazad to wound Grima twice before the shadow player has an opportunity to use his ability, or prevent Enquea from placing wounds where he would like for them to go.

All events are one shot only. You play it from your hand, do what it says, then discard it.
