There have been discussions on large opening fellowships. How far out so to speak can Ranger of the White Tree keep reducing. Lets say we start with RotWT for 3 and then we play a second copy of him, the first one reduces by two to make the second one have one left to make your total of 4 twilight. now I know that Gondor men that are 2 twilight could play for free by the reduction cost of - 2 by even the first RotWT but how about any of the Aragons with the exception of Strider we know he would be free. But if the first RotWT reduce Aragorn by 2 would the second RotWT take away the other 2 so any Aragorn would then be free?
I was wondering that when I put together this combo that I think should work. RotWT then Boromir Lord of Gondor minus 2 for 1 for total 4 twilight, then Denethor LoMT minus 2 for 0 cost, then Faramir PoI minus 1 spotting Boromir, minus 1 spotting Denethor, minus 2 from RotWT so 0 cost and of course if you want Aragorn Strider for free.

I think you're misreading Ranger of the White Tree. He cannot reduce the twilight cost of other companions, only himself.

Wow I guess I have been.

One example of a nine companion starting fellowship (http://lotrtcgwiki.com/forums/index.php/topic,1465.msg93015.html#msg93015).

I used the search function, found the large starting fellowship on the Ents / Hobbits, but could not find the one you gave me. Again thank you.
