Title: Elladan and Elrohir starting fellowship

Can you have Elladan, Elrohir and another 2 twilight cost compaion?

Since you play companions one at a time, my understanding is that Elladan would cost 3 to play, then Elrohir would cost 1, but also reduce the cost of Elladan. Then you’d have 2 left to play another companion.

Is this not correct?

No. The first costs 3, and the next costs 1. There’s no retrospective reduction.

It just works like any other starting cost reducers: Elite Rider + Eomer, TMoRM, or these gigantic Ent starters using Merry and Pippin, ItBoH.
