Just bought a box of these and wondered what I was getting. Seemed like an inexpensive way to expand collection.

They're cheap because they are full of misprints. I have cards from that and the cut is off by a lot. That being said, I do think they are only from set 4 if I can remember correctly (but the wiki indicates that the Fellowship block one was from the first 3 sets so I'm not 100% sure). They are good for two purposes: 1. You have almost no cards from set 4, or 2. You want to play a draft game. The draft packs have a set number of cards of certain types (eg. companions). They're basically miniature decks.
TLDR; you get what you pay for.

Disappointed in the misprints, but they will still be good for our casual games. We got a box of Two Towers and we didn’t quite get a full play set of some of the commons so hopefully that will flesh is out, especially on the minion side of things.

I would consider 3 boxes per player to get a really good playset for a base set and one box for a really good playset for all block expansions. I have 5.3k cards and I'm only missing around 280 for all cards 1-10. I also have plenty of copies of Cs and Us. A draft pack box should give you lots of minions.
