Title: Isildur's Bane

The game text on Isildur's Bane says that the Ring-bearer wears it "until the regroup phase." Does this mean that, you can't use it against White Hand regroup exert to wounds, because you would put it on, and then, it's the regroup phase, take the ring off?

You could always put the ring on, it just wasn't clear when it would come off. So decipher put in a special rule that you take it off at the end of the Regroup phase of you're still wearing it.
