How are rage-quitters (leaving without conceding) in GEMP reported?

I think you just put it in the chat, and a moderator will see it, but I very easily could be wrong. I'm not an expert in any way whatsoever.

I'm of the opinion that only if something is urgent should it be posted in The Game Hall on Gemp. The "Valinor" section here (where Fingolin also posted) is preferable. If possible, always post links/screenshots (which Fingolin also did, in Valinor).
