Title: card rule refresher

Just getting back in to and a  couple of basic questions.

1. Does Ugluk spot himself when spotting 2 trackers?

2. If an event says strength +1 for each rohan man you spot does that include allies?

1. Yes, Ugluk, SoS is an [Isengard] tracker and you can spot him, so if you have him + 1 other  [Isengard] tracker, you can spot 2  [Isengard] trackers.

2.  Yes, culture + race will include both companions and allies.
