Good evening All,
I am looking for some guidance, I am selling large movie block collections. Every R of sets 1-8 & 10 (multiple of most), about 40 - 50 reflections cards.
How have people priced up large collections in the past? I am in the process of compiling a full list of cards for a sale. Any advice would however be welcome.
Cheers

You will get more money by either selling them individually as singles (for the high priced cards) or lumping them together and selling them as complete individual sets (complete Reflections, etc).
Trying to sell them all as one huuuge block will limit your potential buyer pool because most collectors don't need to purchase a complete set of cards from sets 1-10, etc - they're usually looking for a set or two (or some singles) to fill out their collection. You'll be sitting on it a lot longer and probably be taking a larger percentage hit because some people don't need the bulk that will be included. Just my 2 cents from selling a lot of cards from early aughts ccgs and MtG on ebay for the last 8ish years or so.
If you're interesting in selling foils (singles or in bulk) let me know, I'm trying to complete some foil sets!

There's a FAQ article on the PC website here going over the same sort of thing that cre34turef34r does here in a bit more depth: https://lotrtcgpc.net/faq-sell.html

Just DM’ed you as I’ve got some excess foils from 1-12 that I’d like to sell or trade. If you also have excess foils I’m sure we can make a match!
