Exert Balrog to assign him to Gandalf. The free peoples player may exert 3 companions to prevent this.
The Balrog is just my personal preference, I wanted it to be more accurate to the films.

The Swarmy guys at the top are an interesting bunch. I can see though that they wouldn't see much play due to their high twilight cost, then removing a bunch of twilight to be used. Even Goblin Scimitar/Goblin Armory isn't strong enough. Goblin Commander is too strong for his cost, having someone that strong that easy for [4] is bad. The Balrog has interesting flavor (though if you want to get technical Gandalf chose to fight him ;) ), but he's too strong. Maybe exert more and have a way to prevent assignment.
Certainly not bad for a guy posting his first dream cards. Better than my first for sure.
