I generally hate all of the tentacles in FB, they are hard to use and give no real benefits for gameplay, I want to fix that because I really like the idea of using them. It feels like every other creature type in FB has a purpose but these guys just feel neglected and underused.
So the first card that I have made will hopefully make these guys more useful outside of Midgewater Marshes and Moria Lake. I also looked at Teltura's custom tentacles to make sure that I'm not copying anything.
Do not disturb the water. [Moria]

Condition.
Every site with the tagline Forest or River is also a marsh.
Shadow: Remove a burden or a wound to play a Tentacle from your draw deck.
Discard this condition to make a Tentacle strength +1.
Grasping tentacle. [Moria]
Minion- creature

[Strength]= 7
[Vitality]= 3
[Site]= 4
Tentacle. This minion may not bear possessions and is discarded if not at a marsh.
Assignment: Exhaust a [Moria] minion to assign this minion to the ringbearer, the free peoples player may add [2] to prevent this.
Hidden in the depths. [Moria]
Event.

Shadow: Play a [Moria] Creature from your draw deck, it's twilight cost is -1.
Sneaking Tentacle. [Moria]
Minion-creature
[3]
[Strength]= 4
[Vitality]= 1
[Site]= 4
Tentacle.
This minion cannot bear weapons and is discarded if not at a marsh.
If this minion is discarded or killed each other tentacle is strength +2 and damage +1.
And there you go! (Hopefully) better tentacles that should make it easier and more fun to play with these creatures.
