Title: Wild shot request for Hobbit Draft Game rules help

Hello. In the Hobbit Draft Game LOTR TCG variant, there are cards that say that teh "First sentence" of Gandalf’s game text does not apply. What is that first sentence, exactly? It's not the Wise keyword, right?
