Just post here any stupid plays you ever made, or saw someone making! Let's try for some laughs to cheer up these otherwise dead boards! ;D

One time I forgot to play any creatures. My opponent killed me instantly :'(
-
Using my elf tokens deck, I forgot to attack with my Essence Warden, leaving him with 1 life left after blocking all my crits. He came back with Wrath the next turn. :( And then dropped Arbiter of Knollridge giving him my life (40 some). It was evil.

Even so, still not funny nor believeable.

I saw one game with a great mis-play. After an initial beat down, my friend had beaten down his opponent to just two life but it was looking like he had managed to stabilise the board. Sighing, my friend draws a card and it's a tarfire. With glee he uses it to kill the only creature his opponent has on the table...
30 seconds later he realises that he could have won the game.
2 minutes later he loses after his opponent draws creature after creature of the top of his deck.
That's got to rank as one of the worst plays ever.

One of the most terrible ones I've ever made was letting an opponent trick me. I had built a BW Orzhov deck, which was a creation of mine, so no one was prepared for it. I was playing against Project X, and I had some graveyard hate (Planar Chaos wasn't out yet, so no Extirpate) against it, and was playing a tight game, but an army of THREE Saffi Eriksdotter pounded me to the ground, saving every relevant beater/combo piece when I tried for Wrath of God. After the game I realised, Saffi is LEGENDARY! Served me well, as I never again missed on proof-reading my opponent's cards.

Some years ago (when I actually played a few pickup games) my suitemate was walloping me with a deck of his. He picked up his deck to search for a card (for more walloping), and I played Sudden Impact on him. It undoubtedly broke a timing issue and everything was highly illegal, but it was very cathartic.

I've also seen a player play an old version of Dark Ritual which read "Mana Source" instead of Instant, and put it on the table, like a Signet or Mox. Yeah, he tapped Dark Ritual each turn for (B)(B)(B)!
