What was the reason it got banned again? I cant find it on the big D website.

Insane burden potential. With a full hand you can burn 8 cards with Courtyard Parapet to add 4 burdens. Kinda OP if you know what I mean. :D #-o

It doesn't say 'at the start of the turn yadda, yadda, yadda...' so I assume so.

it does say when the fellowship moves to this site, and they can only move there once a turn. You can only do it once per turn. Then you pick it back up with say Third of the Nine Riders and play it again next turn. That is why it was banned in standard, but it can be used in expanded format :up:.

Actually, not. You can only use it when they move to the site.

But it was banned because it shut down G for Grand decks and had an insane combo with Neekerbreeker's Bog.

Open with parapet, and then grind with Nelya by bringing back the Neekerbreekers!
